Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying an individual who is wanted in connection with a robbery that took place on May 4 in Jamaica.
Around 11:33 a.m., the suspect entered a commercial office located near 102nd Avenue and Brisbin Street, brandishing a firearm and demanding that the employees show him where the office’s money was kept. The workers complied and the suspect removed $23,000 and two of the employees’ cell phones before fleeing the location.
The suspect is described as a six-foot-two-inch black man who weighs approximately 250 pounds. He has a bald head and was last seen wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt with black sneakers.
