Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating two individuals wanted in connection with a robbery that occurred in South Ozone Park on Sept. 19.
Just after 2:45 p.m., the two suspects and a 74-year-old woman were involved in a motor vehicle collision in the vicinity of 109th Avenue and 120th Street. During the collision, the suspects’ white, four-door sedan rear ended the woman’s sports utility vehicle. When the victim tried to exchange information with the driver, he became aggressive and refused to let her write down his license plate.
The second suspect—a woman—walked around to the driver’s seat of the victim’s car as the driver shoved the victim aside and sat inside her car. Both individuals then drove off eastbound on 109th Avenue.
The first suspect is described as a light skinned man who was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue jeans. The second suspect is a light skinned woman who had black hair in a bun and was last seen wearing a light colored shirt and dark colored pants.
Police said that they are searching for two individuals wanted in connection with a grand larceny that took place in Jamaica on Aug. 20.
Around 3:30 p.m., two unidentified individuals checked into the Hilton Garden Inn JFK Airport hotel located at 148-18 134th St. with a cloned credit card that belonged to a 40-year-old female victim. The card was used to make an unauthorized transaction in the amount of $2,392. The suspects then fled the hotel in an unidentified white vehicle on Aug. 22.
The first suspect is described as a black man who was last seen wearing a blue Nike T-shirt and yellow hat and has a full beard. The second suspect is described as a black man who was last seen wearing a white T-shirt and blue hat and has some facial hair on his chin.
