Police said that they are searching for two individuals who are wanted in connection with a robbery on Nov. 18 within the confines of the 107th Precinct.
Around 9:45 p.m., the two suspects approached a 54-year-old man from behind inside of the Sutphin Boulevard F train subway station. One of the individuals placed the victim in a chokehold and forced him down to the ground, while the other suspect went through his pockets and removed his wallet, which contained $10 in cash and two credit cards. The individuals punched the victim about his body before they fled in an unknown direction.
The victim was treated at a nearby hospital for minor injuries. Shortly after the incident, the suspects attempted to purchase merchandise with the victim’s credit cards and various locations near the subway station.
The first suspect is described as a black man who is between the ages of 20 and 30 years and was last seen with a black backpack. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black vest, dark colored jeans and black sneakers. The second suspect is described as a Hispanic man between the ages of 20 and 30 years with a beard who was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, black coat with fur-lined hood, gray sweatpants and white sneakers.
Police said that they are searching for an individual wanted in connection with an attempted robbery at a Dunkin’ Donuts in Jamaica on Nov. 5.
Around 8:30 p.m., the suspect posed as a customer and ordered donuts at the chain store, located at 179-15 Hillside Ave. The individual then gave the 45-year-old woman employee money to pay for the donuts. When she opened the cash register, the suspect jumped the counter, displayed a knife and attempted to remove money from the register.
The employee closed the register before the suspect was able to take any cash. The suspect then fled the store in an unknown direction.
The suspect was described as a five-foot-10-inch white man with a beard who was last seen wearing a black and gray-hooded sweater, dark colored baseball cap, black pants and black sneakers.
