113th Precinct: Drugs, Weapons Charges

A 39-year-old Jamaica man has been arrested and charged with weapons and drug possession after the NYPD’s Queens South Narcotics and members of Police Service Area 9 obtained a search warrant and raided his home, police said.

On Jan. 10 around 5:30 a.m., police officers executed the search warrant and arrested Vladimir Ulysse, who lives at 179-26 143rd Rd. He was charged with criminal possession of a loaded firearm, criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of drug paraphernalia.

Police allegedly retrieved the following items from Ulysse’s home: a .45 caliber Hi-Point semiautomatic firearm, .40 caliber Smith & Wesson semiautomatic firearm, .357 caliber Dan Wesson revolver, .40 caliber Glock semiautomatic firearm, .40 caliber Springfield Armory semiautomatic firearm, .22 caliber semiautomatic defaced firearm, .25 caliber Taurus USA semiautomatic firearm, 9MM Beretta semiautomatic defaced firearm, 14 pounds of marijuana with an estimated value of $30,000, 33 grams of Ecstasy, 11 grams of crack, a scale and $6,102 in cash.
