Police are asking for the public’s assistance in identifying two individuals who are wanted in connection with a robbery in a parking lot near John F. Kennedy International Airport on Nov. 21.
Around 10:30 p.m., two unidentified individuals entered a parking lot, located at 150-30 135th Ave. in Jamaica, and one of them went behind a counter, demanded money and assaulted an employee. The second individual displayed a firearm and demanded that five customers in the lot put their cell phones and wallets in a trash can.
The first suspect removed approximately $200 from the register and both suspects then fled the location to parts unknown. No injuries were reported. The first suspect is described as a six-foot-three-inch black man who weighs approximately 220 pounds, while the second suspect was a five-foot-seven-inch black man who weighed approximately 180 pounds. Both suspects were last seen wearing all black, masks and gloves.
