Aria Rodney of Jamaica, from the class of 2017 at Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall School, has been named to the high honor roll for the 2016 Fall trimester. Aria received high honors, which requires a grade point average of 3.6 or above for the marking period.
Chapel Hill-Chauncy Hall is a coeducational day and boarding school located in Waltham, MA. With 180 years of history, the school remains dedicated to teaching the way students learn.
Alicia Morrison of Laurelton, was named to the Champlain College President’s List for the Fall 2016 semester.
Students who are named to the President’s List have achieved a semester grade point average of 4.0 or higher.
Morrison is majoring in Computer Forensics and Digital Investigations.
More than 1,200 students were named to the Fall 2016 Dean’s List at Hudson Valley Community College. Local students include:
Saiham Ahmed, of Jamaica, who is studying in the non-matriculated academic program;
Luz Rodriguez, of Jamaica, who is studying in the Administrative Information Management and Technology academic program;
Joshua Honeyghan, of Rosedale, who is studying in the Individual Studies academic program;
Omari Mcmillian, of Rosedale, who is studying in the Exercise Science academic program.
More than 1,400 students were named to the dean’s list at York College of Pennsylvania. To be eligible for this honor, a student must be registered for at least 12 academic credit hours and earn a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher. Local students include:
Michael Buckley, of Belle Harbor, a junior business administration major;
Maya Reid, of Arverne, a sophomore mathematics major.
