Scripture: 1 Corinthians 2:9 But as it is written, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God has prepared for them that love Him.
Has there ever been a time in your life where everything around you seemed to be falling apart? Have you ever felt as if you were troubled on every side? Today, we are faced with destruction all around us. The media portrays violence now like never before. There are random acts of violence in every region of the world.
I don’t tell you this just to make you aware of moral degradation of society, but rather, I want you to realize that it’s time for a “New faith.” It’s time for us to stop holding on to a religion that’s based on our parents’ faith. It’s time for a new faith and a renewed Spirit. It’s time for us to forget those things that are behind, and reach forth unto those things that are before and press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus. Too many Churches are struggling with reaching our young because they are against technology, social media, email, internet…They frown upon those who preach with Ipads and tablets in the pulpit rather than using a traditional bible. However, the Bible says that we must become all things to all men so that we may win them. In other words “Champions Change” and if you are looking for different results then you will need to do things differently. Data shows that over 7,500 Churches in the USA go out of business yearly. But any good business man or woman will tell you that you must stay relevant to your market in order to stay in business. In retrospect, I am excited that someone reading this scripture will realize that what God has in store for you. It is something you haven’t even comprehended and its effect it will have on your life and on the lives of those around you. God is calling for His people to prepare for the future. Prepare for the blessing. Believe that you are able. He is calling you to have a renewed faith that is not influenced from the world around you. This scripture today should jump start someone’s spirit in knowing that you are to press forward regardless of what you may be going through right now. God has never broken a promise. He has never gone back on His word. He has never turned His back on His people. This scripture should be life changing to you, your ministry and everyone who reads it. It is a promise that God is going to grant you an uncommon blessing that will ultimately design a supernatural destiny just for you. Your spiritual eyes will never see the greatness God has in store for you if you are not walking by faith. Your spiritual ears will never be tuned into God’s frequency if you are too congested and consumed listening to secular noise. However, for those that love Him, He has a reserve of blessings, anointing, miracles and victories that you haven’t seen yet. God is saying you will never be the same if you just wait on Me. You ministry will work in the overflow of blessings if your heart is on the Lord. We have placed so much faith in our parents, children, pastors, elected officials, relatives and sometimes friends. We have placed so much faith in people who has no power to change our circumstance, I believe if you haven’t already, you are due for a change. Place it all under God’s care, release it to the master crafter. No matter what you’re against, He can change it around. I am a living testimony that God can make the specialist look like fools and He can astound the wise. A little over a year ago while I was in the emergency room of Franklin General and the doctor told me I just had a heart attack. I immediately prayed to God to reverse that decision and as they transported me to North Shore Manhasset to perform an angiogram God placed a calm spirit upon me immediately and as I was in the Ambulance the EMT worker said my first cardiac enzyme test came back negative, meaning no damage was done to my heart and so did the following two enzyme tests as well. When you totally have faith in God, He will do things that you never imagined. Four years ago, the church I currently pastor was spiritually and physically dead, however, four years later the same church now has one of the strongest heart beats and ministries in Jamaica, Queens. Trust that what God has in store for you is something you can’t even fathom, but whatever it is, it’s the best thing you will ever experience. God is speaking to someone today, and if you’re that someone, declare and tell all your haters, doubters and enemies, “You ain’t seen nothing yet” and just wait upon the Lord because the best is still yet to come. God bless you and I love you all.
